Wow, that’s a bummer. Brings flashbacks to the JET days and the periodic embarrassment brought on by other foreigners’ behavior. The guy running Uronza is pretty cool–really sorry to hear about that situation. It’s more a loss for other travelers than myself, since we (and our two-year-old) won’t be going there for awhile anyway.

Unfortunately Nunoya will no longer accept non-japanese guests, unless accompanied by a japanese… the owner said he had some problems. Sigh. It was such a nice little place.
